Cow Rescue Near TTC Depo Case 371

This cow met Road Accident near TTC Depo. There is a Govt Vet Clinic near that place. Since it was evening the premises was closed. TTC Depo workers moved the cow from the accident spot to the Vet clinic premises and dumped there at the night. Owner of the cow is unknown. Next day the vet noticed the cow then called and informed Dr AnanthaGiri, Retired Additional Director - Animal Husbandary about this. He informed us about this. We visited the clinic and with the help of TTC Depo worked shifted the cow to our Vehicle and took the cow and admitted it at Palakkarai Vet Clinic. Took X-Rays and found the cow had multiple fractures. We treated and fed the cow for a week at Palakkarai Vet Clinic. Cow activists form Sri Rangam Mr Raghavan and Mr Subramanian wanted to help the animal. We shifted the animal to their place. There ayurvedic treatment was followed for a month. The cow is able to walk with limping. The cow has been shifted to Gopurapatti Goshala.
