Cow Rescue Near Madurai Highway Case 726

This pregnat cow met road accident. The young people in this photo informed us through Fire Service Department. We went to the spot and rescued the cow. With the help of our Animal Ambulance we�brought the cow to Palakkarai Vet Clinic for Treatment. We fostered and continue treatment for the cow at Palakkarai Vet Clinic. After 10 days the owner came to hospital. He asked us to hand over the cow to him so that he would sell it for slaughter. He was not even ready to provide some grass to the cow. For these reasons we refused to hand over the cow to him. We informed police about this. We continued treatment for the cow. After one and half months the cow gave birth to a calf. The calf was born in dead condition. We buried it. After few days the cow died. With the help of Corporation JCB we buried the cow in corporation burial ground.
